TIB Hannover offers document deliveries in PDF-format to German customers

- As a result of the intensified cooperation* between FIZ Karlsruhe and Technische Informationsbibliothek (TIB) Hannover, the TIB Hannover offers e-mail delivery in plain PDF format from selected publishers to German customers. The order format to be used is “PDF” and the documents will be scanned in black/white quality. At present more than 50.000 ISSNs are available in this user-friendly and competitively priced delivery format.

- Benefits: Document delivery in plain PDF-format from more than 50.000 ISSNs, no DRM, lower priced than documents ordered via international document suppliers.
- Price information: The document delivery costs consist of the regular service fee (e.g. 10,90 € + VAT for Standard Speed) plus the VG Wort copyright royalty (12 €).
- To benefit from this enhanced delivery option, we recommend you to set the default delivery format to “PDF” with the help of the menu “User Settings -> Order Details”. In case a document cannot be delivered in “PDF” format, all alternative order formats will be offered in a table display.
- Please note: This service is exclusively available to German customers!
