NRC-CISTI collaborates with Infotrieve

NRC-CISTI and Infotrieve, Inc. have recently signed a collaboration agreement for Infotrieve to provide information delivery & library services to CISTI clients and business partners.
Through this new situation at NRC-CISTI, additional services and functionality of Infotrieve will be integrated into FIZ AutoDoc via CISTI in the medium term. This will improve FIZ AutoDoc's document delivery scope and services and will provide FIZ AutoDoc customers with an even more excellent combination of content, expertise and technology.
How does the collaboration with Invotrieve affect your FIZ AutoDoc document orders currently fulfilled by CISTI?
- Currently, neither CISTI's scope of delivery nor its delivery formats are affected by this change and we even expect an improvement of the delivery speed.
- FIZ AutoDoc's prices and our incoiving procedure are not affected either and we will continue to send you a monthly collective bill, as before.

NRC-CISTI Customer Notice:
Starting on October 26, 2009 Infotrieve, Inc. will begin fulfilling document delivery orders on behalf of NRC-CISTI to our International clients. This will result in improved fulfillment services and faster turnaround time.
Orders will now be sent from cisti@infotrieve.com or cisti@corp.infotrieve.com with the subject line beginning with "Your order from NRC-CISTI". We recommend that you adjust your SPAM filters to receive emails from this new address prior to Monday, October 26 to ensure your orders and notifications are delivered without delay.
It is important to note that at this time your search and order processes will not change, and that you will be billed according to the identical fee schedule you currently have in place. NRC-CISTI will continue to handle all aspects of customer service, billing, payments, and accounts receivables.
