Springer's Online First publications available
24. March 2009
- Springer's Online First publications are now available via FIZ AutoDoc with the pay-per-view option.
- Springer's Online First service lets users access peer reviewed articles in their final version well before print publication. The electronic publication date is the official publication date, only the page number, issue and volume number are added in the print version.
- Online First articles can only be ordered using their DOI (Digital Object Identifier), a unique and persistent identification code. In FIZ AutoDoc, the DOI can easily be entered into the order mask “via DOI Query”.
- Other scientific publishers which offer journal articles via the FIZ AutoDoc pay-per-view option are Elsevier, Karger, Thieme and the ACS.
