CAS Academic Program for STN – offered with a discount
Available databases:
CA, HCA, ZCA, CIN, HCIN, REGISTRY, ZREGISTRY, LCA, LREGISTRY, LCASREACT, LMARPAT
Access times: Mon to Fri 2:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. | Sat 9:00 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Students and staff of academic institutions are granted an 80% discount for using these databases (90% for learning files (!)) . To qualify for the academic discount, a college or university offering a doctoral degree or its equivalent in chemistry or related sciences must maintain a subscription to SciFinder®.
Colleges and universities that do not offer doctoral degrees in chemistry or related sciences are eligible for a 90% discount on all of the databases offered through the CAS Academic Program for STN.
