British Library Document Supply Centre (BLDSC)
- The name of the DRM format used by BLDSC is: FileOpen SED (Secure Electronic Delivery).
- The format name used in FIZ AutoDoc for ordering is: PDF / DRM FileOpen.
- After ordering a document, the BLDSC will send you an e-mail to tell you that the document is available (e-mail address: noreply@bldss.bl.uk). This e-mail contains your order / request number in the header subject line and a hyperlink to your document in the e-mail body. Click on the link to download the document from the internet. The electronic copy of the document will be available for 30 days.
Please Note:
- For using the British Library Secure Electronic Delivery Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher is required.
- In addition, the FileOpen Plug-in must be installed.
- Use the BLDSC test document to verify that the plug-in is working and that you can open and process FileOpen SED documents.
