Infotrieve - USA

• The names of the DRM format used by Infotrieve is: Soft DRM. 
• The format name used in FIZ AutoDoc for ordering is: PDF / DRM.
• After ordering a document via PDF / DRM option, Infotrieve will send you an e-mail (adress:cscm@infotrieve.com) containing the bibliographic information about the document you have ordered and a hyperlink to the document. Click on the link to view your document.
• How long a document will be available depends on Infotrieve's publisher agreements. Those agreements define also the number of times the document may be viewed or printed.

• For using Infotrieve's e-mail delivery, Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher is required.
• There is No plug-in or executable needed to open and process the encrypted PDF documents!
• If you are unable to open or print the DRM document, you may contact the FIZ AutoDoc Helpdesk and you will be assisted.
