Ordering via interfaces to FIZ AutoDoc

FIZ AutoDoc offers interfaces which allow convenient transfer of document information and / or user data from corporate applications (intranet, intranet databases, document management systems etc.). For all interface options, FIZ AutoDoc PLUS or FIZ AutoDoc PREMIUM corporate solutions are needed.

FIZ AutoDoc Import Interface / OpenURL 1.0:

It allows:

• automatic login and authentication. User data already available at the customer's site (e.g. LDAP information) will be automatically transferred  to FIZ AutoDoc.
• transmission of document information. The data will be automatically transferred into the FIZ AutoDoc order masks.
• all regular FIZ AutoDoc features, error checks and data validation tools are active.

The FIZ AutoDoc import interface uses FIZ AutoDoc-specific or Open URL 1.0 format technology. This convenient way of logging in and submitting order data is used by various large corporations.

FIZ AutoDoc Webservice / XML Interface:

It allows:

• automatic login and authentication. User data already available at the customer's site (e.g. LDAP information) will be transferred automatically to FIZ AutoDoc.
• transmission of document information. The data will be automatically transferred into the customer-specific order masks.
• all regular FIZ AutoDoc features, error checks and data validation tools are available.

When using the FIZ AutoDoc Webservice / XML interface, the customer's company / organization is responsible for programming of order masks, the complete order interaction, wording of error messages according to fault codes / fault strings, etc. All data must be submitted to FIZ AutoDoc which then either processes the data or reports problems via the interface.
