Ordering via FIZ AutoDoc Web Order Forms
Ordering full-text documents via FIZ AutoDoc is easy and convenient. Place an electronic order for a journal article, a patent, or for other literature with using the interactive, menu guided FIZ AutoDoc web order forms.
To call up these forms, log in to FIZ AutoDoc with your loginID / password and proceed as follows:
Journal Articles
- Click "New Order" → "via Order Form"
- Select the "Document Type"→ "Article"
- Enter your bibliographic information.
FIZ AutoDoc verifies your data and assists you in case your input is incorrect or incomplete.
- Journal title (even abbreviated)
- ISSN / CODEN (optional)
- Year / volume / issue (if possible) / page(s)
- Author(s) and article title, if possible
- Choose "Delivery format / speed".
Your current delivery address is displayed at the upper right of the screen.- Optionally enter comments, a customer reference number or cost center information, and request a notification e-mail.
- Click "Proceed". A page with "Order Details" will be displayed (document details, format / speed, supplier, estimated costs etc.)
- Click "Submit". The order is processed automatically and an order number is assigned. This number allows you to track the status of your order at any time.
Patents
- Click "New Order" → "via Order Form"
- Select the "Document Type" → "Patent"
- Enter the patent data (patent country, patent number, patent kind code). FIZ AutoDoc verifies your data and assists you in case your input is incomplete.
- Choose "Delivery format / speed".
Your current delivery address is displayed at the upper right of the screen.- Optionally enter comments, a customer reference number or cost centre information, and request a notification e-mail.
- Click "Proceed". A page with "Order Details" will be displayed (document details, format / speed, supplier, estimated costs etc.)
- Click "Submit". The order is processed automatically and an order number is assigned. This number allows you to track the status of your order at any time.
Other literature
- Click "New Order" → "via Order Form"
- Select the "Document Type" → "Others" (conference proceedings, books, reports, articles from books, etc.).
- Enter as much document information as possible.
- Choose "Delivery format / speed".
Your current delivery address is displayed at the upper right of the screen.- Optionally enter comments, a customer reference number or
cost centre information, and request a notification e-mail.- Click "Proceed". A page with "Order Details" will be displayed
(document details, format / speed, supplier, estimated costs etc.)- Click "Submit". The order is processed automatically and an order number is assigned. This number allows you to track the status of your order at any time.
Please note: Orders for non-conventional literature always need to be intellectually analyzed by our FIZ AutoDoc Service Team and are therefore processed manually. For this extra time and effort, a manual processing fee and a different base price per document will be charged (see price list).
