If necessary, the experts from the FIZ AutoDoc service team will process the orders manually. The total price consists of the service fee plus the copyright fees (see item II.) plus the manual processing fee or of the document price plus the manual processing fee. If an order cannot be fulfilled by external suppliers a one-time handling fee will be charged.
