Reprints Desk - USA

• The names of the DRM formats used by Reprints Desk are: DRM and DRM LITE.
• The format name used in FIZ AutoDoc for ordering is: PDF / DRM.
• After ordering a document via PDF / DRM option, Reprints Desk will send you an e-mail to confirm that the document is available. This e-mail contains the bibliographic information about the document you have ordered and a hyperlink to the document. Click on the link to view your document.
• The document will be available for 30 days. Once the document has been successfully downloaded it cannot be downloaded again. Once a DRM document has successfully been opened and printed it cannot be opened again.

• For using the Reprints Desk's e-mail delivery, Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher is required.
• Compared to other DRM solutions for PDF, there is NO plug-in or executable needed to open and process the encrypted PDF documents!
