Reprints Desk DRM PDF Order

Please Note:

  • The documents are protected by a DRM software developed by Reprints Desk.
  • For using Reprints Desk's e-mail delivery, Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher is required.
  • Compared to other DRM solutions for PDF delivery, there is NO plug-in or executable needed to open and process the PDF documents! Therefore, we consider this new e-mail delivery option particularly comfortable and user friendly, especially because it requires no IT support on your side.
    More info...
  • After ordering a document via the new "PDF / DRM" option, Reprints Desk will send you an e-mail to confirm that the document is available (address: customersupport@reprintsdesk.com). This e-mail contains the bibliographic information about the document you have ordered and a hyperlink to the document. Click on the link to view your document.

  • The electronic copy of the document will be available as long as the publishers' agreements allow, e.g 30 days.

Important Information for Administrators of FIZ AutoDoc PLUS or PREMIUM:

  • You should check and activate the new delivery format "PDF / DRM" in the account settings menu (Order Details -> Delivery Options) to make use of Reprints Desk's e-mail delivery option.
