STN Express® with Discover!™— Secure telnet session
Available with Analysis Edition, Version 8.0 or higher
Encrypt the information you send over the Internet with embedded software that uses the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm, provided by RSA Security Inc., with 128-bit encryption keys.
Simply, create a new Setup or modify an existing one. Check the box Encryption provided by RSA, then click OK.
Click the Logon button and log into STN Express with Discover! using the Setup for which you checked the encryption box.
When you are working in a secure session, the Secure icon 
displays at the bottom of the STN Express with Discover! window.
Note: Port 23 is still required to be opened on your firewall. The encryption is available for Internet communications only.
