Addition of SCAN format to selected STN databases

To facilitate easier review of search results in a multifile search environment, the DISPLAY SCAN format has been added to the following databases:
EMBAL, EMBASE, LEMBASE, ENCOMPLIT, ENCOMPLIT2, ENCOMPPAT, ENCOMPPAT2, IFICDB, IFIPAT, IFIUDB, MEDLINE, and LMEDLINE.
The DISPLAY SCAN format can be used to view answers from an L-number answer set at no charge. Answers are displayed in a predefined format, in random order, and without answer numbers. The predefined formats vary according to the database.
