Adding labels to records and filtering by labels
Labels are brief text descriptions that you can apply to records in the Patent Queue or a project. Labels are especially useful when you want to filter records before moving them to a project, viewing details, or sharing.
To create and apply a label:
Click Apply Label > New Label and type a text for the label. You can alternatively add new labels under Actions > Apply Label, or under Settings > Labels.
Select records to be labeled.
Click Apply Label and select the label to apply.
The label displays after the title.
To use labels as filters: >
In the Filter by drop-down menu, select Labels.
Select the label you want to use as a filter. Only the records with that filter are displayed.
To move labeled records to a project:
Select the label to be used as a filter.
Under Actions, select Move to Project to move only the records with that label.
