Sharing STN Viewer projects with colleagues
You may share a copy of an STN® ViewerTM project with one or more colleagues who have a valid STN login ID or STN Login ID for Shared Projects.
To share a project:
- Within the project you wish to share, click Copy to Shared Projects.
- Within the Project List at the left, click Shared Projects to view your list of projects that can be shared.
- Under Email Shared Link, click Share Project.
- The Share Projects page displays with the URL for the project. In the To: box, enter the e-mail address for the recipient.
- Click Send to send a message containing the URL for the project to be shared. Your e-mail address will be seen by the recipient as <your STN login ID>@stnviewer.org.
To view and use a shared project:
Click the project URL within the e-mail message, or paste the project URL into a web browser. You will be prompted to enter your STN login ID or STN Login ID for Shared Projects.
