INIS

The bibliographic database INIS (International Nuclear Information System) produced under the auspices of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is a a freely accessible offer mainly targeted at researchers in basic and safety research. Established in 1970, INIS addresses an international audience and offers references to publications on the civil use of nuclear research and nuclear technology. Right from the start, FIZ Karlsruhe has been representing the Federal Republic of Germany on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) within the scope of co-operation agreements. It is one of the more that 150 INIS centers worldwide.
