Answers to this question are provided by the new six-week online workshop starting on Monday, April 16, 2018. The workshop will be held in English language by Prof. Dr. Harald Sack and Dr. Maria Koutraki. Prof. Sack had worked for many years as a Senior Researcher at Hasso-Plattner-Institut in Potsdam before he was appointed professor for Information Service Engineering by FIZ Karlsruhe – Leibniz Institute for Information Infrastructure and the Karlsruhe Institute for Technology (KIT). The free online workshop is available to participants worldwide.
