For democracy and human dignity

Over the last few days, people have taken to the streets in many German cities and demonstrated emphatically that they consider democracy, human dignity and the rule of law to be non-negotiable fundamental values of our society. FIZ Karlsruhe supports this position and the call to protect the core of our constitution and our social values from attack. We therefore endorse the declaration of the Leibniz Association.

FIZ Karlsruhe has established in its values that we respect and value people in their diversity. We have an open-minded attitude at our institute. Employees from 24 nations with a wide variety of backgrounds work and conduct research here. We see this plurality and diversity as a strength and enrichment of our work and living environment. It ensures our success today and in the future.
