A survey among customers who had commissioned a search with our Search Service between April 2015 and April 2017 showed a positive result, i.e., 89 percent of the customers stated that they were satisfied or very satisfied with the service. The customer base surveyed is made up of roughly equal shares of researchers and developers, information professionals, and patent attorneys. The individual items assessed by the customers were: the advice provided in preparation of the commissioned search, the communication with the research team, the quality of the search results, the time frame, the processing of the results, and the price-performance ratio. The advice, communication and time frame of the commissioned search were rated particularly positively. More than half of the participating customers had been made aware of the Search Service through a recommendation within their professional environment, and the number of customers doubled within a year - which shows that the Search Service is well received.
